  1. Eligibility
    This offer is available to registered Morvallo members aged 18 or over who live in the UK and meet the eligibility requirements set by British Gas for the qualifying energy tariff.
  2. Morvallo membership
    You must have an active Morvallo membership and provide a valid Morvallo membership number when registering your interest. Morvallo membership is free.
  3. Qualifying offer
    The offer provides eligible members with a 15% saving on the qualifying British Gas home energy tariff or plan made available through Morvallo. The saving applies only to the specific tariff or product confirmed as part of this offer and cannot be applied to other British Gas tariffs, products or services.
  4. How the saving is applied
    The 15% saving will be calculated against the standard price applicable to the qualifying British Gas offer at the time the deal becomes live. Full pricing information, including standing charges, unit rates and any other applicable charges, will be provided before a member enters into an energy contract.
  5. Registering your interest
    Registering your interest does not enter you into a contract with British Gas and does not commit you to switching energy supplier or tariff. It records your interest in the offer and contributes towards the number of Morvallo members required for the deal to proceed.
  6. Offer activation
    This offer will only proceed once the required level of member interest has been reached. Morvallo does not guarantee that the required number of registrations will be achieved or that the offer will become live.
  7. If the deal is confirmed
    If the required level of interest is reached, Morvallo will contact registered members with details of the confirmed offer and instructions for accessing it. Members will be able to review the final British Gas tariff information and terms before deciding whether to proceed.
  8. British Gas eligibility checks
    British Gas may carry out its own eligibility, account or address checks before allowing a member to take up the offer. Registering through Morvallo does not guarantee acceptance by British Gas.
  9. Existing British Gas customers
    [Confirm whether existing British Gas customers are eligible.] Where existing customers are eligible, access to the offer may depend on their current tariff, contract status or account circumstances.
  10. New British Gas customers
    [Confirm whether new British Gas customers are eligible.] Members switching from another supplier may be subject to British Gas’s normal switching process and any applicable industry requirements.
  11. Availability
    The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or extended before it becomes live. If a material change is made after a member has registered their interest, Morvallo will communicate the updated information before the member is asked to take any further action.
  12. Offer period
    Registrations of interest must be submitted by [insert closing date]. Registrations received after this date may not be included in the offer.
  13. One registration per household
    Unless otherwise stated, only one registration of interest may be submitted per household for this offer.
  14. No cash alternative
    The saving has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person or household unless specifically permitted by British Gas.
  15. Other promotions
    This offer cannot be combined with another British Gas promotion, discount or incentive unless British Gas confirms otherwise.
  16. Your energy contract
    Any energy supply agreement entered into as a result of this offer will be between the member and British Gas. British Gas’s own contractual terms, tariff information and applicable cancellation rights will apply.
  17. Morvallo’s role
    Morvallo facilitates access to the offer by bringing interested members together and working with the partner to secure member value. Morvallo is not the energy supplier and does not provide energy services.
  18. Personal information
    Information submitted when registering for the offer will be handled in accordance with Morvallo’s Privacy Policy. Where information needs to be shared with British Gas to administer or fulfil the offer, members will be informed before that information is transferred.
  19. Changes or cancellation
    Morvallo and British Gas reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary. Where possible, members who have already registered their interest will be informed of any significant change.
  20. Partner terms
    British Gas’s own terms and conditions will also apply when a member chooses to take up the confirmed offer.
