The legal stuff
Everything you need to know about how Morvallo handles your information, website use and membership.
Last Updated: 7th September 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Morvallo website (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], trading as Morvallo (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Use.
These terms apply to use of the Site generally. Separate terms may also apply to Morvallo membership and to individual offers.
2. About Morvallo
Morvallo brings UK households together to create greater collective buying power and helps members access better value across products and services connected to home life.
We work with selected partner businesses to identify, negotiate and make offers available to Morvallo members.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, Morvallo does not itself supply the products or services offered by partner businesses.
3. Accessing the Site
The Site can be browsed by members and non-members.
You do not currently need an account or login to browse the Site or view available offers.
Morvallo membership is subject to separate Membership Terms and is available to eligible individuals aged 18 or over.
4. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may from time to time:
- update or change the Site
- add, remove or amend content
- suspend parts of the Site
- carry out maintenance
- withdraw particular features
- remove pages or offers
- discontinue all or part of the Site
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Information on the Site
We take reasonable care to keep information on the Site clear and up to date.
However:
- information may change
- offers may expire or be withdrawn
- availability may be limited
- eligibility requirements may apply
- partner information may change
- errors or omissions may occasionally occur
Content on the Site is provided for general information and should not be treated as financial, legal or other professional advice.
You should check the details and terms of any product or service with the relevant partner before entering into a contract.
6. Morvallo Offers
Offers displayed on the Site may be provided by independent partner businesses.
Each offer may have its own:
- eligibility criteria
- geographical restrictions
- availability limits
- expiry date
- exclusions
- specific terms and conditions
- application or sign-up process
Some offers may require a minimum level of member interest before they can proceed.
Other offers may be available immediately without a minimum number of registrations.
An offer appearing on the Site does not guarantee that it will remain available or that every member will qualify.
The current status and relevant terms will be shown on the individual offer page.
7. Registering Interest in an Offer
Where an offer is open for registrations of interest, submitting your details does not normally amount to a purchase or commitment to purchase.
Unless the individual offer clearly states otherwise:
- registering interest does not create a contract to buy
- you are not required to proceed if the offer becomes available
- reaching a stated level of interest does not guarantee that the offer will proceed
Registrations may be used by Morvallo to understand demand and support negotiations with the relevant partner.
Any different arrangement will be explained clearly within the individual offer terms before you submit a commitment.
8. Morvallo Partners
Morvallo reviews and selects businesses before accepting them as partners.
We aim to work with businesses that meet our standards for quality, credibility and genuine member value.
However, becoming a Morvallo partner does not amount to a general guarantee or endorsement of every product, service or activity provided by that business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any contract for a partner product or service is made between you and the relevant partner, not between you and Morvallo.
The partner is responsible for matters including:
- the products or services it supplies
- pricing
- contractual terms
- payments
- fulfilment
- delivery
- cancellations
- refunds
- warranties
- customer service
- legal and regulatory obligations
9. Commercial Relationships With Partners
Morvallo may receive commission, referral fees or other payments from partner businesses when members access or take up certain offers.
These commercial arrangements help support the Morvallo service and do not create a membership fee for you.
Where relevant, additional information may be provided within the individual offer terms.
10. External Websites
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including Morvallo partners.
These links are provided to help you access relevant information or services.
Morvallo does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for:
- their content
- availability
- security
- privacy practices
- terms and conditions
- products or services
You should review the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy information before entering into a transaction or providing personal information.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL COMPANY NAME].
This may include:
- the Morvallo name
- logos and branding
- website copy
- graphics and illustrations
- design elements
- photography
- website layouts
- downloadable materials
- other original content
You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not, without permission:
- reproduce or republish substantial parts of the Site
- commercially exploit Site content
- copy or distribute Morvallo branding
- alter or misrepresent Morvallo content
- use Morvallo intellectual property in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist
12. Sharing Morvallo
You are welcome to share links to:
- the Morvallo website
- membership pages
- individual offer pages
including with family and friends.
When sharing Morvallo content, you must not:
- alter the meaning of the information provided
- make misleading claims about an offer
- imply that you represent Morvallo
- present yourself as an authorised Morvallo partner or representative where this is not the case
13. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Site:
- unlawfully or fraudulently
- to submit false or misleading information
- to impersonate another person
- to misuse Morvallo membership or offers
- to attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- to introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material
- to collect or harvest personal information without permission
- to scrape or systematically extract substantial amounts of data without permission
We may take reasonable steps to prevent or restrict misuse of the Site.
14. Our Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to this, Morvallo does not guarantee:
- that every offer represents the cheapest option available elsewhere
- that every member will achieve a particular saving
- that an offer will proceed
- that an offer will remain available
- that every member will meet the eligibility criteria for an offer
- that a partner will accept an application
- that a particular product or service will meet your individual requirements
Morvallo is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- the acts or omissions of a partner
- a partner product or service
- the withdrawal or expiry of an offer
- a member failing to meet eligibility requirements
- third-party websites or services
- temporary unavailability of the Site
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
15. Complaints About Partner Products or Services
Any complaint relating to a product or service supplied by a Morvallo partner should normally be raised directly with that partner.
The partner is responsible for handling complaints relating to its own products, services, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds and customer service.
If your concern relates to Morvallo itself, you can contact us using the details below.
16. Privacy and Cookies
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, Morvallo services or legal and regulatory requirements.
The latest version will always be available on the Site.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws that apply where you live.

You should keep your membership number safe, as it may be required when registering for or accessing certain offers.

Morvallo may refuse a membership application where reasonably necessary.
This may include circumstances where:
- information provided is false or misleading
- eligibility requirements are not met
- fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected
- membership is being used for purposes outside the intended personal or household use
- there has been previous misuse of Morvallo membership or offers
We do not have to accept an application where there is a reasonable basis not to do so.

There is no membership or subscription fee to access Morvallo membership under these terms.
Morvallo may introduce optional paid products or services in future.
If the basis of Morvallo membership itself changes materially, we will provide appropriate information before any payment obligation applies.
We will not automatically charge you for membership without your agreement.

- you cancel it

There is currently no fixed membership expiry date.
9. Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time.
To cancel, contact:
Email: info@morvallo.com
Cancelling your Morvallo membership does not automatically cancel any separate contract you have already entered into with a Morvallo partner.
You should contact the relevant partner directly regarding any existing purchase, service, cancellation or refund.
10. Suspension or Termination by Morvallo
We may suspend or terminate your membership where reasonably necessary.
This may include where:
- you provide false or misleading information
- you misuse your membership number
- you misuse a Morvallo offer
- you attempt to obtain an offer you are not eligible for
- you act fraudulently
- you use Morvallo for unlawful purposes
- you behave abusively towards Morvallo, its staff or partners
- you materially breach these Membership Terms
- continued membership could expose Morvallo, a partner or another member to legal, financial, security or reputational risk
Where appropriate, we may contact you before taking action.
In serious cases, we may suspend or terminate membership immediately.
11. Morvallo Offers
Morvallo works with selected partner businesses to identify and negotiate opportunities that may provide better value for members.
Offers may relate to areas including:
- energy
- broadband
- furniture
- home improvements
- household services
- other products and services connected to home life
The types of offers available may change over time.
12. Different Types of Offer
Morvallo offers may work in different ways.
Some offers may require a minimum level of member interest before they can proceed.
Other offers may already be agreed with a partner and be available immediately to eligible members.
The relevant offer page will explain how that particular offer works.
13. Offers Requiring Member Interest
For some offers, Morvallo may invite members to register their interest before the offer can be confirmed.
This may be used to:
- understand member demand
- demonstrate demand to a partner
- support negotiation
- establish whether a proposed offer is commercially viable
Once sufficient interest has been received, Morvallo and the relevant partner may decide whether the offer can proceed.
Reaching a stated minimum level of interest does not guarantee that an offer will proceed.
14. Registering Interest Is Not a Purchase
Unless the individual offer clearly states otherwise, registering interest in a Morvallo offer:
- does not commit you to purchasing anything
- does not create a contract to buy
- does not require you to proceed if the offer becomes available
- does not create a contract between you and Morvallo for the underlying product or service
Registering interest simply indicates that you may be interested in the offer if it proceeds.
If a future offer requires a different type of commitment, this will be explained clearly in that offer’s specific terms before you make that commitment.
15. Offer Status
Morvallo may use offer statuses including:
- Open for sign-ups
- Deal confirmed
- Offer now live
- Expired
The status shown on the relevant offer page is intended to help members understand where the offer is in its current lifecycle.
16. Offers Are Not Guaranteed
Morvallo cannot guarantee that an offer will proceed or remain available.
An offer may be withdrawn, delayed, changed in availability or not proceed because, for example:
- insufficient member interest is received
- the partner withdraws
- availability changes
- commercial arrangements cannot be agreed or maintained
- supply becomes unavailable
- a legal, regulatory or compliance issue arises
- Morvallo decides that continuing with the offer is no longer appropriate
Where reasonably practical, we will update the relevant offer status or notify affected members.
No compensation is payable simply because an offer does not proceed.
17. Offer Availability and Eligibility
Offers may be subject to:
- geographical restrictions
- eligibility criteria
- limited availability
- expiry dates
- product or service requirements
- partner approval
- other offer-specific conditions
Being a Morvallo member does not automatically mean that you will qualify for every offer.
You are responsible for checking the terms that apply to an individual offer before proceeding.
18. Individual Offer Terms
Each Morvallo offer may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
These may include information about:
- eligibility
- availability
- expiry
- exclusions
- pricing
- the saving or benefit
- how to access the offer
- partner-specific requirements
Where the terms of an individual offer differ from these Membership Terms in relation to that offer, the specific offer terms will apply to the offer itself.
19. Your Contract Is With the Partner
Morvallo provides access to partner opportunities but does not itself supply the underlying products or services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, when you decide to purchase or take up a product or service through a Morvallo offer, your contract is with the relevant partner business.
The partner is responsible for matters including:
- the product or service supplied
- pricing
- payment
- contractual terms
- delivery
- fulfilment
- cancellations
- refunds
- warranties
- customer service
- legal and regulatory obligations
Morvallo is not a party to that contract.
20. Partner Selection
Morvallo reviews businesses before accepting them as partners.
Our intention is to work with businesses that meet appropriate standards of:
- quality
- credibility
- communication
- conduct
- genuine member value
However, acceptance as a Morvallo partner does not amount to a guarantee or endorsement of every product, service or activity offered by that business.
21. Commercial Relationships With Partners
Morvallo may receive commission, referral fees or other payments from partner businesses when members access or take up certain offers.
These commercial arrangements help support the Morvallo service and allow membership to remain free.
Where relevant, additional commercial information may be provided within the individual offer terms.
22. Information Shared With Partners
Where you register interest in or apply for an offer, Morvallo may share information with the relevant partner where this is reasonably necessary to administer, assess or fulfil the offer.
This may include:
- your name
- email address
